Overlays

An essential characteristic of contemporary art is the search for expressive freedom by abandoning traditional supports. There is a search for the use of different materials in a mix of styles and influences that generates results full of meanings.This exhibition is based on the reuse of chassis for screens in different ways. Objects thus emerge that stimulate different perceptions. Plexiglass, fabrics, encaustic, paints and other techniques and materials generate a journey through art that goes beyond what is observed.The works constitute plastic phenomena that capture the impression of the observer's senses. Looking at them means understanding better what they are made of and how they relate to the world around them. Various connections are thus established that generate infinite visual readings.Each work is a piece of the world that appears before the observer. The structures created move through three-dimensionality, demanding active and attentive observers to capture the overlaps and plots proposed as experiences in which the territories of art are established as proposals for knowledge of time and space.
